Turama Pacific Travel Group was formed to bring together a core group of specialists to market the Cook Islands and Samoa. Members of the Group are DMCK – Destination Management Cook Islands, Island Hopper Vacations Ltd, Raro Tours Ltd, Weddings Cook Islands and Island Hopper Vacations Samoa. .

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person who is passionate about tourism and delivering excellent customer service.
The successful applicant will have strong communication and multitasking skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be confident dealing with clients, agents, and suppliers.
Experience in the tourism industry and knowledge of booking systems would be an advantage.
Turama Pacific Travel Group | Booking Systems Coordinator
This role supports our Product Department and focuses on maintaining our in-house booking system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. The role also assists with training new Reservations staff.
Duties include data entry, website updates, supplier and wholesaler communication, basic ICT support, and other Product Department tasks.
Full training will be provided.
