Reef Explorer Tour - An intimate experience that will bring you closer in appreciation for nature and the marine environment as learn about its importance to our people and island paradise. You will encounter sea creatures such as sea cucumbers, crabs, starfish, snails, moray eels, sea urchins, octopus, and also learn about one of the most important living creatures in our waters, the coral and reef. Your walk takes you to the edge of Avaavaroa passage where, if you’re lucky, you may spot green turtles and eagle rays.

Inland Discoveries Walk - A personable and memorable adventure that takes you into the lush interior of Rarotonga, across streams and riverbeds, through private fruit and vegetable plantations, and up to the ridgeline lookout for breath-taking views of the Southern coast of the island and Rua Manga “The Needle”. You will also have the opportunity to see a variety of Cook Islands birds such as the Kakerori, I’oi, Rupe and the colorful Kukupa. Learn about rural life in Rarotonga and try in-season fruits like pawpaw, tamarind, passionfruit, jackfruit, mangosteen, rambutan, hibiscus and coconut at different stages (new, dry and sprouted!).
