Cancellations made outside of 30 days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee, cancellations made within 30 - 15 days prior to arrival incur 1 night cancellation fee, cancellations made within 14 - 8 days prior to arrival incurs 2 nights cancellation fee, cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival or no shows incur 100% cancellation fee.
