The successful applicant will be responsible for effectively managing the DMCK Department and staff to achieve financial and operational success as a sustainable business specialising in groups, private jet charters, cruise ship shore excursions, weddings and events such as Round Rarotonga Road Race, Aitutaki Marathon, Netball in Paradise and Cook Islands Oldies Rugby Mini Festival.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Effectively managing the DMCK team to achieve financial and operational success.
• Identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities across events, groups, and incentive travel.
• Ensuring professional service delivery that exceeds client expectations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Driving growth through innovative marketing, sales, and event solutions.

• Proven management experience in events, travel, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and financial management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
