Sales Consultant (Inbound)

Island Hopper Vacations is seeking a customer-focused Reservations Sales Consultant to manage online and direct bookings for accommodation, flights, airport transfers, tours and attractions. This role plays a key part in driving sales and delivering timely, professional service to wholesalers and clients worldwide.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
•   Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
•   Respond to enquiries and quotations promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
•   Actively promote Island Hopper Vacations products and follow up sales leads.
•   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
•   Support the Operations Manager and assist with other reservations activities as required.

Ideal Candidate:
•   Strong customer service and communication skills.
•   Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
•   Experience in tourism or reservations systems an advantage.
•   Organised, proactive, and sales-oriented.
