Raro Tours, the leading tourism transport operator in Rarotonga, is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Manager to oversee its 24-hour operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, reliable, and high-quality transport services for visitors, hotels, and local partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Oversee airport services, transfers, and tour coordination to ensure punctuality and professionalism.
• Manage fleet presentation, maintenance schedules, and vehicle compliance.
• Support team training, motivation, and performance development.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel partners, and clients.
• Ensure operational efficiency, safety standards, and exceptional customer service.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven management and team leadership experience.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to perform under pressure.
• Sound knowledge of transport or vehicle operations an advantage.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and scheduling systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
