We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts & Administration team member to join Raro Tours. This entry-level role provides a unique opportunity to gain experience across both accounting/administration and tourism operations. The successful applicant will support the financial and administrative functions of the business while also developing skills in reservations and bookings, ensuring well-rounded growth within the company.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable processing.
• Supporting the preparation of invoices, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
• Providing administrative support across departments.
• Supporting the reservations team with bookings, confirmations, and guest inquiries.
• Ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Delivering a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
What we are looking for:
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced tourism environment.
• A relevant qualification
• Previous office or accounts experience is an advantage, though training will be provided.
