About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Reservations Sales Consultant to join our team. This role combines hands-on reservations and sales with the opportunity to support the day-to-day coordination of our reservations team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing bookings, and assisting the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations, enquiries, bookings, changes and cancellations
• Drive sales by promoting products and converting enquiries into bookings
• Ensure all customer communication is handled promptly and professionally
• Support the coordination and workflow of the reservations team
• Provide guidance and support to team members when needed
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Assist with resolving customer concerns in a timely manner
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in reservations and sales (tourism preferred)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence using booking systems
• A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to support and motivate others
• High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
