Turama Pacific Travel Group is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Groups & Events Coordinator to join our DMCK Department. This role supports the Manager DMCK in delivering exceptional service across groups, incentive travel, weddings, and major events such as the Round Rarotonga Road Race, Aitutaki Marathon, Netball in Paradise, and the Cook Islands Oldies Rugby Mini Festival.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Coordinating logistics for groups, weddings, events, and incentive programmes
• Managing bookings, suppliers, and schedules to ensure seamless delivery.
• Providing administrative and on-the-ground support to the Manager DMCK
• Communicating with clients and suppliers to confirm details and resolve queries.
• Assisting with financial administration, proposals, and reporting.
• Supporting event operations on-site, including guest services and supplier coordination.

• Previous experience in events, travel, or hospitality.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours during events and busy periods.
• A proactive and solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
